St Joseph is recruiting boys and girls, from 3rd grade through high school to serve in this important ministry. Incoming Altar Servers must have received the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. Current and new Altar servers will be trained before they will be able to serve at Mass. A list of guidelines for Altar Servers can be found HERE. Altar serving is a great way to give back to the Church, become more educated about the beautiful Catholic faith, and to strengthen relationships with the Lord. If you are interested as a young adult or teen, or if you have a qualified child or teen and you think this is something they could do, please contact the parish office at (512) 446-2049 and sign up. You will be contacted by the Altar Server Adult Leaders for training when it is scheduled.
